  • Taper properly. Reduce your mileage by 40–50% this week. Trust the training you've already done.
  • Run in your race gear. Never wear anything new on race day. Do your final short runs in the exact kit you'll race in.
  • Prioritise sleep. Recovery happens at night. Aim for 8+ hours in the lead-up to April 11.
  • Hydrate strategically. Increase water intake now, not just on race morning.
